Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Medical Representative to promote the company’s pharmaceutical, veterinary, or healthcare products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, distributors, and other key customers. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, developing territory business, and supporting junior team members when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Promote company products to doctors, healthcare professionals, hospitals, pharmacies, and distributors.
- Generate prescriptions and increase product demand through regular field visits.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists, distributors, and hospitals.
- Conduct regular visits according to the approved tour plan.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate product information.
- Maintain long-term trust and brand loyalty among customers.
- Product Promotion & Market Knowledge
- Explain product benefits, dosage, usage, composition, and competitive advantages.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, schemes, new product launches, and market trends.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market demand.
- Support product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Territory Management
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly field activity reports.
- Maintain updated records of doctors, chemists, stockists, and institutions.
- Ensure proper coverage of the assigned territory.
- Plan visits efficiently to maximize sales productivity.
- Distributor & Stockist Coordination
- Coordinate with stockists and distributors to ensure product availability.
- Monitor stock levels, secondary sales, and payment follow-ups where required.
- Help resolve supply, billing, and delivery-related issues.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
