- As a Electrical Site incharge, you will lead and oversee the end-to-end execution of turnkey electrical projects nationwide
- 1. Your role includes managing project stakeholders, clients, vendors & labours.
- 2. Ensuring successful end to end project delivery (Smooth Handover)
- 3. Awareness and maintaining high-quality of workmanship as per IS /IEC standards
- 4. Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- 5. Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
- 6. Preparing status reports by gathering, analysing, and summarizing relevant information.
- 7. Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
- 8. Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
- 9. End to end responsibility in terms of documentation of project ( Invoicing & challans as per monthly plan, equipment deliveries as per time lines, installation, testing & Project handing over)
- 1. Candidate should have proven track record of handing over site projects with in budget and schedule time.
- 2. Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical and construction principles Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 3. Good communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly
- 4. Project Management, co-ordination with seniors. Preparing daily progress report. Field Investigation Skill, Creative Problem Solving.
- 5. Knowledge of AutoCAD, drawing understanding, MS – CIT would be an added advantage
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
