We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Assistant to join our school administration team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and prepare official letters, notices, circulars, and other documents.
- Handle printing, photocopying (xerox), scanning, and filing of documents.
- Assist with day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks.
- Create and manage social media content, including event updates, announcements, and promotional posts.
- Perform data entry and other office-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva and social media platforms is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Pay: ₹8,531.66 - ₹25,000.00 per month
