Sales Trainer
We are looking for a confident, experienced, and result-oriented Sales Trainer to train, mentor, and develop our teams across different functions related to sales, business development, client handling, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees across relevant sales, business development, and client-facing teams.
- Train employees on effective communication, client handling, sales techniques, and service explanation.
- Conduct practical exercises, role-plays, activities, and assessments to ensure effective learning.
- Develop and implement effective training modules, presentations, activities, and learning materials.
- Work closely with management to understand training requirements and design relevant training programs.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Strong ability to motivate, coach, and engage different types of employees.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, communication, customer handling, and team development.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
