Experience
1. A strong portfolio featuring design work, that showcases UX journeys, visual design for mobile or desktop applications, iconography and how it leads to positive business outcomes
2. Demonstrated ability to translate a client’s brand into modern-looking user interfaces and other digital multimedia, following visual design best practices for mobile and desktop applications
3. Demonstrated ability to create and follow a style guide or other visual design documentation, and leverage it to execute mock-ups for clients and stakeholders
4. An understanding of modern code, like HTML 5, JavaScript and CSS, and other multimedia production to create working prototypes and interactive stories is highly desirable
5. Experience collaborating with and/or supporting user experience research and/or design teams
6. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including UX, business (e.g. Marketing, Sales), product management and/or technology/IT/engineering) is a plus
7. Deep understanding of fundamental visual and interactive design disciplines and principles
8. Ability to communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively
9. Experience with various design and prototyping tools. Hands-on experience with Adobe XD is desirable
10. Vastly skilled in web interface design focused on brand alignment and user journey experience
11. Strong attention to detail, and capable of delivering engaging and targeted designs
12. Creative and analytical approach
13. Knowledge of industry tools such as Sketch, InVision, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Zeplin and OmniGraffle
14. Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences
15. Ability to work independently, handling schedules in fast-paced, multi-project environment
16. Experience conducting user research and usability studies
