The Opportunity
Artium is seeking a Social Media & Content Executive to manage and grow its social media presence by planning, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across platforms. The role involves coordinating with stakeholders to source content, crafting compelling captions, and supporting paid campaign boosts on platforms like Meta. The candidate will also monitor trends, analyse engagement metrics, and optimise content strategies to drive reach and performance.
What You’ll Do
● Own end-to-end content sourcing for Artium’s India and International social media accounts, from briefing stakeholders to receiving final assets on time.
● Plan, schedule, and publish content across all platforms while maintaining a consistent brand presence.
● Support the performance marketing team by procuring the right content from relevant stakeholders, ensuring assets are aligned with campaign needs and delivered on time.
● Craft impactful, platform-native captions and copy that capture attention and drive engagement.
● Bring fresh, creative ideas to the table, from content series and campaign concepts to trend-led moments.
● Set up and manage paid boosts with defined audience targeting, budgets, and measurable outcomes.
● Monitor social media trends, analyse engagement metrics, and optimise content strategies accordingly.
● Act as the central connector between teams, guiding contributors, managing expectations, and keeping content pipelines moving.
What You Need to Have
● 1–3 years of experience in social media management or a related digital marketing role
● Strong written communication skills with an eye for detail
● Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and content workflows simultaneously
● Proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite)
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
● Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation, scheduling automation, or workflow optimisation
Preferred
● Prior knowledge of or genuine passion for the music industry, including familiarity with music genres, artists, and culture
● Understanding of how music content performs on social platforms (Reels, Shorts, TikTok trends, etc.)
● Experience working with creative or music-related brands

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
