Senior Manager – Sales (Freight Forwarding)
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead and drive business growth across Ocean and Air Freight verticals. This role requires a strong leader who can manage a sales team, expand market presence, and build long-term client relationships.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets across Ocean and Air Freight.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence.
- Drive new business acquisition while growing and managing existing key accounts.
- Support the sales team in client meetings, negotiations, and issue resolution. Monitor sales forecasts, profitability, and revenue performance.
- Ensure timely collection of receivables within approved credit limits.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with operations and senior management to ensure smooth execution of shipments and commercial policies.
