Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Marketing Executive to expand our Project Finance business. The candidate will be responsible for field marketing, client acquisition, relationship management, and generating project finance opportunities from industries, businesses, builders, contractors, and MSMEs. The role requires regular client visits and achieving business targets through effective networking and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits and client meetings.
- Identify clients requiring Project Finance, Working Capital, Term Loans, Machinery Loans, and Business Loans.
- Build strong relationships with Industrialists, MSMEs, Builders, Developers, Contractors, Chartered Accountants (CAs), Architects, and Business Consultants.
- Conduct regular visits to industrial areas, MIDC zones, commercial establishments, and corporate clients.
- Understand client funding requirements and provide suitable financial solutions.
- Coordinate with the internal processing team to ensure smooth documentation and loan disbursement.
- Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.
- Maintain daily visit reports, lead pipeline, and CRM records.
- Participate in networking events, exhibitions, seminars, and business meetings to generate quality leads.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and financial products.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong client acquisition and relationship management abilities.
- Good knowledge of Project Finance, Banking, NBFC, Loan Products, and Financial Services.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Strong networking and business development skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Email, and CRM software.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
