Sales Representative / Business Development Executive (IT Products / Solutions)
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Representative / Business Development Executive to drive business growth and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in IT/Technology sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and expanding business opportunities in the IT solutions domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and acquire new business opportunities and clients.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with end customers and channel partners.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions/services.
- Conduct sales presentations, client meetings, and negotiations to close business deals.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Coordinate internally with teams to ensure smooth project/service delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and reporting using Excel/PowerPoint.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & QualificationsMandatory Skills

- Sales mindset with target-driven approach
Preferred Skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in IT/Tech industry sales preferred
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 2–3 years in Sales / Business Development
- Industry Preference: IT / Technology / IT Solutions
- Education: B.Tech preferred; graduates from any discipline may apply
- Prior experience in handling end-customer sales will be an added advantage.
