About Position:
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 + .NET Core Developer to design and implement Contact Center (CCaaS) capabilities using Azure Communication Services (ACS) integrated with Dynamics 365 Customer Service / Dataverse. The role involves building voice, video, chat, and SMS communication workflows, enabling agent desktop integration, driving case and incident automation, and developing enterprise-grade integrations with CRM, identity, analytics, and reporting platforms. The candidate will also be responsible for technical design, performance, resiliency, and secure production deployments.

What You'll Do:
- Design and build communication workflows using Azure Communication Services
- Develop voice calling/PSTN calling, call controls, call events, and call recording links
- Implement chat and SMS channels and manage conversation lifecycle
- Build agent-assist workflow hooks, transfer/conference flows, queue and routing patterns
- Develop contact center components including agent desktop integration (embedded communication panel, screen-pop, disposition, wrap-up)
- Enable customer identity resolution and context capture into CRM
- Implement interaction logging into Dataverse/D365 (call/chat transcripts, recordings metadata, outcomes)
- Customize and extend Dynamics 365 Customer Service / Dataverse
- Develop entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business rules
- Build case lifecycle automation including SLAs, entitlements, queues, and routing rules
- Develop plugins (C#), custom APIs, actions, and PCF components
- Implement Power Platform enhancements including model-driven apps and canvas apps
- Build Power Automate flows for notifications, approvals, triage, and escalations
- Develop backend services using .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
- Build microservices and APIs for call orchestration, event handling, routing logic, and CRM integration
- Develop secure REST APIs for agent UI and external integrations
- Implement event-driven architectures using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus/Event Grid, and API Management
- Ensure resiliency through retries, idempotency, dead-letter handling, and distributed tracing
- Implement secure authentication and authorization using Azure AD, OAuth2/OpenID Connect, and managed identities
- Apply data privacy controls including PII masking, encryption, retention policies, and access control
- Build observability with centralized logging, metrics, and alerts using Application Insights and Azure Monitor
- Support production readiness including performance testing, high availability, and disaster recovery planning
- Lead technical workshops and create technical design documentation, API specifications, integration diagrams, and deployment runbooks
- Provide estimates, sprint planning, and execution tracking
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices
- Provide L3 support and perform root cause analysis for complex production issues
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 8?12 years of experience with strong hands-on delivery in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse
- Strong expertise in .NET Core / ASP.NET Core and REST API development
- Experience implementing D365 customizations (entities, forms, views) and automations (plugins, workflows, custom APIs)
- Strong Azure experience including Azure Communication Services (voice, chat, SMS) and event-driven architectures
- Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus/Event Grid, and API Management
- Hands-on experience with integration patterns, async workflows, webhooks, and message-driven services
- Strong SQL/Dataverse querying, data modeling, and performance optimization skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum and enterprise SDLC
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service / Omnichannel (agent experience, routing concepts)
- Experience building agent desktop UI components such as PCF controls, embedded panels, or web components
- CI/CD experience using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions and Infrastructure as Code (Bicep/Terraform)
- Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Azure Data Lake, or Synapse
- Certifications: PL-200, PL-400, Azure Developer (AZ-204), Dynamics 365 Customer Service (MB-230)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead technical discussions and drive closure
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and design thinking abilities
- Experience working with global teams and complex enterprise environments
