Job Description:
Quincare Pharmaceuticals is seeking dynamic and motivated Medical Representatives to promote our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, increase sales, and build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company products to doctors, pharmacists, and stockists.
- Make 20+ daily visits to healthcare professionals.
- Meet monthly sales and recovery targets.
- Provide product samples and explain benefits.
- Submit daily/weekly reports and feedback.
- Ensure ethical promotion and compliance with industry standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (Science/Pharmacy preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel locally
- Sales experience (preferred)
Compensation:
- Fixed salary + Performance-based incentives
- Allowances as per company policy
