Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Site Engineer with expertise in waterproofing applications and structural repairs. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site execution, ensuring quality standards, managing resources, and coordinating with stakeholders for smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities as per project specifications
- Ensure quality standards in waterproofing materials and applications
- Manage and monitor material inventory on-site
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Handle measurement submissions and work certifications for billing
- Provide technical support for waterproofing systems (membranes, coatings, sealants, drainage systems)
- Conduct site inspections, leakage tests, and moisture tests
- Maintain daily reports, progress updates, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
- Identify and resolve on-site issues related to waterproofing
- Train workers on proper techniques and safety practices
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in site supervision waterproofing/construction projects
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of waterproofing systems and structural repairs
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to quality and detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of project management tools (preferred)
- Relevant certifications (added advantage)
Salary
₹3.6 LPA – ₹5.4 LPA
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Immediate joiner or short notice period
- Experience in waterproofing projects is highly preferred
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
