We are looking for an experienced and student-focused Student Counselor with 3+ years of experience in study abroad counseling. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of international admissions, student counseling, and visa processes. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to build trust with students and parents, and a proven track record of achieving enrollment targets while delivering exceptional counseling services.

- Counsel students and parents on overseas education, including country, course, and university selection.
- Assess student profiles and recommend suitable study options based on eligibility, career goals, and budget.
- Manage the end-to-end admission process, including applications, documentation, and university follow-ups.
- Assist with SOPs, LORs, resumes, and other admission-related documents.
- Guide students on scholarships, tuition fees, accommodation, and visa requirements.
- Support visa applications, documentation, and interview preparation.
- Handle student inquiries via walk-ins, calls, emails, and online platforms with timely follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate student records and CRM updates.
- Build relationships with students, parents, universities, and partners.
- Represent the organization at education fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional events.
- Stay updated on international education trends, university policies, and immigration regulations.
- Achieve enrollment targets and contribute to business growth.
- Mentor junior counselors and support team development.
