Job Summary
Sreewari Engineers is looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to handle the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and servicing of HVAC systems. The candidate should have practical hands-on experience with air-conditioning and ventilation equipment and be capable of independently attending service and project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, servicing and maintenance of HVAC and air-conditioning systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in HVAC equipment.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Attend customer and project sites for service requirements.
- Installation and maintenance of:
- Split & Package AC units
- VRF / VRV systems
- AHU & FCU
- Chillers and chilled water systems
- Ventilation and exhaust systems
- Cooling towers and associated equipment
- Check and troubleshoot compressors, motors, fans, pumps, thermostats and control components.
- Perform refrigerant charging, leak testing, vacuuming and pressure testing.
- Handle basic electrical troubleshooting related to HVAC equipment.
- Read and understand HVAC drawings, layouts and technical instructions.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors and project teams.
- Prepare service reports and update work completion status.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain proper housekeeping at site.
Qualification
- ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Candidates with relevant practical HVAC experience will also be considered.
Experience
- 2–5 years of relevant HVAC experience preferred.
- Experience in commercial, industrial or building HVAC systems will be an advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HVAC operation and maintenance.
- Experience with AC, AHU, FCU, VRF/VRV and ventilation systems.
- Basic knowledge of refrigeration systems and refrigerant handling.
- Electrical troubleshooting knowledge.
- Ability to identify and rectify HVAC faults independently.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures.
- Ability to read basic HVAC drawings.
- Willingness to travel to project and customer sites when required.
Preferred Candidate
A hands-on HVAC Technician who can independently handle installation, preventive maintenance, breakdown service and troubleshooting, while coordinating effectively with the Sreewari Engineers project and service teams.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
