- Lead complete operation and maintenance activities of the power plant.
- Ensure uninterrupted and efficient plant operation with optimum generation efficiency.
- Drive operational excellence, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
- Monitor boiler, turbine, and auxiliary equipment performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and environmental norms.
- Plan preventive and predictive maintenance activities for critical equipment.
- Coordinate with Projects, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Utility teams.
- Review and understand engineering drawings, P&IDs, layouts, and technical documents for operational and maintenance planning.
- Manage shutdown planning, manpower utilization, and contractor activities.
- Prepare MIS reports, generate reports, and departmental budgets.
- Develop and mentor operational teams with a strong focus on discipline and accountability.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
