Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Functional Lead/Solution Architect with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Supply Planning (primary) along with working exposure of Oracle Cloud Demand Planning. The ideal candidate should have strong end-to-end implementation experience, expertise in SIOP processes, and the ability to lead solution design, client engagements, and scalable planning solutions aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation and solution design for Oracle Cloud Supply Planning projects.

Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

Drive workshops, solution discussions, and requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders.

Configure and implement Oracle Cloud Supply Planning functionalities based on business requirements.

Support Oracle Cloud Demand Planning processes and integrations where applicable.

Design and recommend planning strategies and best practices across supply chain processes.

Lead solution architecture discussions and mentor junior team members.

Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports, data conversions, and customizations.

Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and production deployment.

Provide post-go-live support and process optimization recommendations.
Required Skills & Experience

10–15 years of overall experience in Supply Chain Planning solutions.

Strong hands-on functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Supply Planning.

Good understanding and implementation experience in Oracle Cloud Demand Planning.

Experience in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud implementations and support engagements.

Strong knowledge of supply chain planning processes including:

Supply Planning

Demand Planning

Forecasting

Inventory Planning
-
S&OP / Planning processes
-
Experience leading implementation projects and interacting with business stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Oracle Cloud certifications in SCM/Planning modules are preferred.

Experience handling multiple end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations.
-
Experience in solution architecture and leadership roles will be an advantage.
