Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organized Social Media Account Manager to manage client accounts, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth execution of social media marketing projects. This role requires strong communication, planning, and client management skills along with a good understanding of digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients.
* Understand client goals and translate them into actionable marketing plans.
* Coordinate with designers, video editors, copywriters, and performance marketers to ensure timely delivery of content.
* Prepare monthly content calendars in collaboration with the creative team.
* Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
* Monitor account performance and prepare monthly performance reports.
* Conduct competitor analysis and identify content opportunities.
* Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and brand guidelines.
* Build strong client relationships through regular updates and review meetings.
* Assist in campaign planning, content strategy, and execution.
Requirements
* Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organizational and project management abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
* Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and basic analytics.
* Good understanding of branding, content marketing, and digital marketing concepts.
* Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Slides).
Preferred Qualifications
* 1–3 years of experience in social media management, account management, or digital marketing.
* Experience working in a marketing agency is preferred.
* Basic understanding of Meta Ads and social media insights is an added advantage.
