Job Summary
A D Constructions is looking for a reliable, honest, and organized Office Assistant to support our day-to-day administrative and operational activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys handling office work, maintaining records, coordinating with project sites, and assisting in keeping office operations running smoothly.
The selected candidate will work closely with the management team and play an important role in ensuring proper documentation, communication, and office organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Duties
- Maintain office files and records in an organized manner.
- Prepare, edit, and print documents using Microsoft Word.
- Maintain basic data and records in Microsoft Excel.
- Scan, photocopy and file important documents.
- Organize physical and digital records.
Site Coordination
- Contact all active project sites daily.
- Record daily work progress and site updates.
- Maintain daily work status reports.
- Inform management about pending issues or important updates.
- Maintain attendance and basic project records whenever required.
Basic Financial Record Keeping
- Maintain simple office expense records.
- Record daily cash expenses.
- Organize bills, invoices and receipts.
- Assist management in maintaining financial documentation.
- Keep records ready for submission to the accountant.
Office Operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office.
- Ensure office supplies are properly arranged.
- Perform daily office pooja.
- Prepare tea or refreshments for visitors whenever required.
- Assist during client and vendor meetings.
Field & Documentation Work
- Visit banks for document submission or collection.
- Visit post offices or courier services for dispatch and collection of documents.
- Submit or collect documents from government departments whenever required.
- Purchase office stationery and small office requirements.
General Support
- Assist management with day-to-day office activities.
- Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Ensure all assigned work is completed accurately and on time.
Required Skills Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Basic computer operation.
- Ability to maintain simple records and reports.

- Ability to ride a two-wheeler (preferred but not mandatory).
