Location: Navi Mumbai (Kopar Khairne)
Experience: 1–3 Years (Food Processing / Manufacturing Industry preferred)
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Navona Food Solutions Pvt Ltd is a frozen foods manufacturing company based in Navi Mumbai. We manufacture a wide range of frozen pizzas, croissants, cakes, cookies, breads, muffins, desserts, and other savory products for Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers, and institutional clients across India.
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive who can effectively manage and support a workforce of 250+ employees on the factory floor. The role involves recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and maintaining a positive workplace culture within the manufacturing environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage recruitment and selection processes to attract suitable talent
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution
- Support workforce engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives
- Maintain HR documentation, attendance, and employee records
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies
- Coordinate onboarding, training, and development activities
- Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes
- Collaborate with management on HR policies and operational improvements
- Foster a positive and productive work culture on the factory floor
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or food processing
- Good understanding of labor laws and HR practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage workforce-related challenges efficiently
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Candidates residing near Kopar Khairne / Navi Mumbai preferred
