We are looking for an experienced Lead Auditor to conduct third-party audits for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. The role requires strong auditing expertise, professional integrity, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct ISO 9001/14001/45001 audits independently or in teams.
- Prepare audit reports, NCRs, and ensure timely closure of findings.
- Ensure compliance with NABCB and Certification Body procedures.
- Support technical reviews and certification decisions.
- Maintain strong client relationships with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Stay updated with changes in ISO standards and auditing practices.
- Participate in internal trainings, calibrations, and witness audits as required.
Competency Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
- Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001/14001/45001 (IRCA/Exemplar/PECB or equivalent).
- 3–5 years of third-party audit experience plus 2 years in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17021-1 and multi-sector audit exposure.
- Strong communication, analytical, and report-writing skills.
- Willingness to travel for audits.
- Experience in IMS audits and familiarity with digital audit/reporting tools (preferred).
