● Excellent command of language, storytelling, and brand communication
● Know when to use AI, and just as importantly, when not to
● Work cross-functionally with remote teams
● Juggling multiple projects independently - without dropping the ball
KRAs include
● Shape brand voice, tone guidelines, positioning statements, and campaign narratives
● Contribute to pitch decks, creative strategies, and concept development
● Lead brand messaging and content strategy across industries and platforms
● Write copy that works across digital communication, publications and reports, and internal communication, adapting tone and style for each
● Work closely with external design partners to make sure words and visuals speak the same language
This is what really qualifies you
● 5–8 years of experience in copywriting, content, or brand strategy (agency or brand-side)
● A portfolio that proves sharp thinking and strong writing
● High scores on the copy test we’ll share (yes, there is one)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
