We are hiring an experienced HR Recruiter with expertise in Engineering & Technical Recruitment.
Location: Thane, Maharashtra
Experience: 4–8 Years
Qualification: MBA / Any Graduate
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for Engineering & Technical positions.
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references.
- Screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidate selection.
- Managing offer rollouts, follow-ups, and onboarding.
- Maintaining recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
- Coordinating with hiring managers to close positions within timelines.
Pay: ₹10,459.58 - ₹30,855.01 per month
