We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage daily HR operations and support employees across the organization. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, offer release).
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Address employee queries and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.
- Organize employee engagement activities and training programs.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and monthly dashboards.
- Assist in policy implementation and process improvements.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience in recruitment and payroll coordination.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, HRMS tools.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.

Salary:
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
