About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and curious individual who is passionate about the intersection of creativity, storytelling, and Generative AI. This role is ideal for graduates from Arts, Commerce, BMM, Mass Media, Design, Animation, Advertising, Film, Visual Communication, or related fields who have developed hands-on expertise in AI prompting, content creation, and visual experimentation.
This is not a traditional IT or software development role. We are seeking a creative thinker who understands aesthetics, visual storytelling, branding, and emerging AI tools, and can leverage them to create compelling content at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
AI-Powered Creative Production
- Collaborate closely with directors, producers, creative strategists, and content teams to conceptualize and execute AI-driven visual content.
- Create style frames, mood boards, concept art, visual treatments, and campaign assets using Generative AI tools.
- Develop high-quality image, video, and motion-based outputs aligned with creative briefs.
- Experiment with prompts, workflows, and AI models to achieve desired artistic outcomes.
- Refine AI-generated outputs through compositing, editing, retouching, and post-processing techniques.
- Ensure consistency in visual language, branding, and storytelling across campaigns and episodic content.
Prompt Engineering & Workflow Development
- Design and optimize prompts to achieve high-quality, repeatable results.
- Build and document efficient AI-powered creative workflows and production pipelines.
- Organize, manage, and maintain asset libraries and prompt repositories.
- Continuously improve output quality through experimentation and iteration.
Agentic Thinking & Problem Solving
- Break down complex creative briefs into structured workflows and execution plans.
- Identify the most effective AI tools, prompting approaches, and creative techniques for each project.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs critically and determine when human intervention, editing, or creative direction is required.
- Deliver projects efficiently while maintaining high creative standards.
Innovation & Research
- Stay updated on emerging Generative AI tools, models, workflows, and industry trends.
- Explore new applications of AI in content creation, motion design, advertising, beauty, entertainment, and digital media.
- Share learnings and best practices with the wider creative team.

Educational Qualifications
We are specifically looking for candidates from creative and business backgrounds such as:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)
- Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS)
- Bachelor of Mass Media (BMM)
- Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia & Mass Communication (BAMMC)
- Animation, Design, Visual Arts, Advertising, Film Studies, Communication, or related disciplines
Engineering, IT, or software development qualifications are not mandatory for this role.
