Job Title: Floor Incharge
Department: Production
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities and shop floor operations.
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, GMP, and quality standards.
- Monitor manpower, machine performance, and material usage.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams.
- Maintain production records and ensure workplace safety.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in a food manufacturing industry.
Skills:
- Leadership and team management.
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹11,020.53 - ₹27,492.27 per month
