Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with 4+ years of expertise in end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills, experience in offer management, and the ability to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Understand hiring requirements and partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen, interview, and coordinate candidate interviews with stakeholders.
- Manage candidate engagement and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Handle offer discussions, salary negotiations, and offer release processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
- Experience in offer management, salary negotiation, and offer release.
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
