- Liaise with Cross Functional Enablement Teams Collaborate with teams such as Procurement Recruitment IT Support IP Immigration HR and other enabling functions to ensure timely support for venture requirements
- Manage the Intrapreneurship Program Lifecycle Oversee the end to end process of idea sourcing shortlisting onboarding selected teams into the incubator and mobilizing resources to help ventures achieve their business goals
- Establish and Improve Processes Develop operational processes and continuously identify opportunities for optimization to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Monitor Metrics and Reporting Track key performance indicators KPIs maintain dashboards and prepare reports and presentations to deliver actionable insights for leadership decision making
- Support Innovation Programs and Events Assist in planning and executing innovation related events internal programs and incubation initiatives to foster technological advancements and strategic growth
- MBA with BE B Tech Preferred
- 3 years of experience in managing innovation programs coordinating cross functional teams and enabling ventures startups to scale
- Prior experience working with startup incubator accelerator or corporate venture programs
- Strong communication and team player
