Job Summary
The Manager – Business Development will be responsible for driving revenue and volume growth through strategic prospecting, lead generation, and relationship management within the healthcare ecosystem. The role focuses on building strong networks with hospitals, corporates, embassies, and community stakeholders, while converting qualified leads into long-term business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and lead generation to build a strong sales pipeline
- Developing direct business through networking with hospitals, including doctors, nursing heads, administrative teams, and international patient departments
- Building and managing relationships with corporates, embassies, and community organizations
- Lead qualification and conversion with a focus on revenue generation and volume growth
- Managing CRM systems, including data capture, analysis, and reporting to support an evidence-based sales approach
- Acquiring new clients and maintaining long-term relationships with existing partners
- Supporting strategic closures through market insights and data-driven decision-making
Experience & Background
- 2–4 years of experience in business development or sales
- Prior experience in hospital, pharmaceutical, or medical devices sales is preferred

Education Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Master’s degree / MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or Healthcare Management will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
