JOB SUMMARY
MK Cleanroom Projects (MKCRP) is looking for a responsible and technically skilled HVAC Execution Engineer to handle on-site HVAC project execution, installation supervision, site coordination, progress monitoring, and project documentation activities.
The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and the ability to coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. SITE EXECUTION & INSTALLATION
- Supervise HVAC installation activities at project sites
- Ensure execution work is completed as per drawings and specifications
- Monitor ducting, piping, insulation, AHU, FCU, and equipment installation
- Ensure proper quality and safety standards during execution
- Monitor daily site activities and work progress
2. PROJECT COORDINATION
- Coordinate with Project Manager and site teams
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and clients
- Arrange manpower and site material requirements
- Ensure smooth communication between office and site team
- Resolve site-related technical and execution issues
3. DRAWING & TECHNICAL SUPPORT
- Study HVAC drawings and project specifications
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings
- Support technical discussions and site clarifications
- Coordinate modifications and site changes if required
- Verify measurements and installation layouts
4. DOCUMENTATION & REPORTING
- Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports
- Maintain project execution records and documentation
- Prepare material requirement and site update reports
- Maintain installation checklists and work records
- Support billing and project reporting activities
5. QUALITY & SAFETY CONTROL
- Ensure proper quality standards at site
- Monitor safety practices and site discipline
- Reduce rework and installation errors
- Ensure proper handling of HVAC materials and equipment
- Follow company and project safety guidelines
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Mandatory Knowledge
- HVAC system installation and execution
- Ducting, piping, insulation, and equipment installation
- Site supervision and project coordination
- HVAC drawings and layout understanding
- Material handling and project documentation
SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
- AutoCAD preferred
- MS Excel mandatory
- MS Word mandatory
- Project reporting software knowledge preferred

- Good reporting and technical coordination skills

IMPORTANT NOTE
The responsibilities mentioned above may be modified or expanded based on company requirements, operational needs, and management decisions.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
