Key Responsibilities:

Develop a basic understanding of product design and its application in manufacturing.

Acquire familiarity with diesel engines and associated peripheral systems used in DG sets.

Read and interpret engineering drawings to support assembly and inspection activities.

Work closely with the assembly team to guide and ensure proper assembly sequence.

Support plant quality team in basic inspection and dimensional measurement activities.
-
Coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders including engineering, assembly, and quality teams.
-
Ensure adherence to defined processes, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
Experience and Skills Required:

Qualification: Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience (freshers with basic technical knowledge can also apply).

Basic knowledge of product design principles.

Fundamental understanding of diesel engine systems.
-
Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
-
Basic knowledge of measurement tools and inspection practices.
-
Good communication skills (verbal and written).
-
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
-
Proactive, positive attitude toward problem-solving and learning.
