MERN Stack Developer (2–3 Years Experience)
Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and skilled MERN Stack Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in developing scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with a solid understanding of RESTful APIs, database design, and modern JavaScript development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js.
- Develop secure and scalable RESTful APIs with Node.js and Express.js.
- Design and optimize MongoDB databases.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product teams.
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
- Participate in code reviews and Agile development processes.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in MERN Stack development.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
- Knowledge of Git/GitHub and version control.
- Experience with REST APIs and authentication (JWT/OAuth).
- Familiarity with Redux or Context API.
- Good understanding of responsive design and web security.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with TypeScript or Next.js.
- Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest or Cypres
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
