The Accessories Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling genuine automobile accessories to customers, enhancing vehicle customization and dealership revenue. The role involves customer interaction, product recommendation, inventory coordination, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities1. Accessories Sales
- Promote and sell genuine vehicle accessories to new and existing customers.
- Recommend suitable accessories based on customer needs and vehicle model.
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly.
- Upsell premium accessories and accessory packages.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Engage customers during vehicle delivery and service visits.
- Provide personalized accessory recommendations.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and build repeat business.
3. Product Knowledge
- Maintain detailed knowledge of dealership-approved accessories.
- Stay updated on new product launches and promotional offers.
- Support sales teams with accessory information for better conversion.
4. Sales Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly and quarterly accessory sales targets.
- Increase accessory penetration per vehicle sale.
- Maximize revenue through upselling and bundled offers.
5. Inventory & Coordination
- Coordinate with stock/inventory teams to ensure product availability.
- Maintain display standards in showroom/accessory counters.
- Assist in stock audits and product tracking.
6. Documentation & Billing Support
- Prepare quotations and accessory invoices.
- Coordinate installation schedules with service/workshop teams.
- Ensure proper documentation and payment collection.
7. Reporting
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer follow-up records.

Skills Required
- Strong sales and upselling skills

Qualification
- Graduate / Diploma (preferred)
- Higher Secondary with relevant experience may be considered
Experience
- 1–3 years in automobile accessories sales or retail sales
- Experience in dealerships such as Tata Motors, Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai Motor India, or Kia India preferred
