ROLE OVERVIEW
This is not your typical internship. As an Operations Intern at Naibeau, you will be thrown into the deep end — in the best way possible. You will work alongside our operations team on real, day-to-day responsibilities that directly affect our customers and service partners. No prior experience needed — just the hunger to learn, own, and grow.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
→ Assist in managing daily service bookings and monitoring order fulfillment status
→ Coordinate with service partners for scheduling, follow-ups, and issue resolution
→ Support customer queries and ensure timely, empathetic responses
→ Maintain and update operational dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports
→ Assist in compiling and analyzing data to surface operational insights
→ Support documentation of SOPs and process improvement initiatives
→ Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for operational improvement
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
→ Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation / MBA
→ Strong communication skills — written and verbal
→ Basic proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
→ Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
→ Eager to learn and take full ownership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
→ Background or interest in operations, business, or management
→ Familiarity with CRM tools or task management apps (good to have, not required)
→ Passion for the home services or consumer tech space
→ Prior internship experience is a plus, not a prerequisite
