Key Responsibilities: - Counsel students and parents on academic programs, career paths, and course selection. - Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings. - Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses accordingly. - Drive enrollments by achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets. - Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems. - Conduct webinars, seminars, and career guidance sessions when required. - Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, faculty) for smooth onboarding. - Build long-term relationships with students for referrals and repeat engagement. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred). - 2–5+ years of experience in academic counseling, sales, or EdTech. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. - Good knowledge of education systems, courses, and career options. - Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
