Reports To: Regional/Business Head
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Circulation Head to lead and manage all circulation activities within the assigned region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing circulation, ensuring timely distribution, managing distributor and vendor relationships, driving market expansion, and achieving circulation targets while maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor all circulation operations for the assigned region.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase circulation and market penetration.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, vendors, agents, and retailers.
- Monitor daily circulation performance and ensure timely delivery and distribution.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the circulation network.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve circulation performance.
- Ensure achievement of circulation targets and revenue objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the regional circulation team.
- Prepare and present periodic MIS reports, circulation data, and performance analysis.
- Resolve operational issues related to distribution, logistics, and vendor management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Circulation Management or Marketing, preferably in the Media, Newspaper, Publishing, FMCG, or Distribution industry.
- Proven experience in handling regional circulation operations and distributor management.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve business targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
- MBA (Marketing) preferred.
Age Criteria
Compensation
- ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience and suitability).
