Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 /month + Incentives]

We are looking for a high-energy Service Manager to run our workshop.
You will lead a skilled team of mechanics, drive service sales, and deliver top-notch customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do Run the Workshop: Manage daily workflow, accurate job cards, and timely vehicle deliveries.
Grow Business: Drive revenue via labor targets, parts sales, and TVS AMCs.
Track Quality: Maintain low turnaround times (TAT) and zero-defect repairs. Lead the Team: Train, schedule, and motivate mechanics and service advisors.
Handle Customers: Resolve customer issues quickly to maintain high CSAT scores.
Manage Stock: Coordinate parts inventory and process warranty claims under TVS norms.
Who We Are Looking For Experience: 3 to 8 years in a 2-wheeler workshop (min. 2 years managing a team).
Education: ITI, Diploma, or Degree in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering.
Tech Skills: Expert knowledge of TVS bikes/scooters, FI engines, and electricals.
Software: Experience using Dealer Management Systems (DMS) is preferred.
License: Valid 2-wheeler driving license is mandatory. Perks & Benefits Competitive fixed salary.
