Qualification
- ITI / Diploma / 10th or 12th Pass (Technical qualification preferred)
- Training in printing technology will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience operating Flexographic Printing Machines.
- Experience in paper bag, multiwall paper bag, PP woven bag, packaging, or printing industries is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor Flexo Printing Machines to achieve production targets.
- Set up printing jobs, including printing plates, ink, cylinders, and machine parameters.
- Ensure accurate colour matching and print registration as per approved samples.
- Monitor print quality throughout production and make necessary adjustments.
- Perform machine setup, changeovers, cleaning, and routine maintenance.
- Minimize printing defects, wastage, and machine downtime.
- Maintain production records and daily machine reports.
- Coordinate with the Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
- Follow all safety procedures, SOPs, and 5S housekeeping standards.
- Report machine breakdowns and assist the maintenance team in troubleshooting.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Flexographic Printing processes.
- Ability to identify and resolve print quality issues.
- Knowledge of inks, printing plates, anilox rollers, and colour registration.
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
