Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations Management: Oversee and streamline day-to-day operational activities to ensure maximum efficiency and alignment with company goals.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and implement scalable procedures to improve productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors, suppliers, and partners; negotiate contracts and monitor service delivery.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate operational records, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Departments such as Finance, HR, and Sales to ensure seamless internal communication and project execution.
- Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure all operational activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and safety standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-3 years of experience in an operations, administration, or project management role.
- Core Skills: * Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities with a sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech Savviness: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management or ERP tools
