Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all interior fit-out works at the project site.
- Execute work according to approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Plan daily manpower allocation and monitor productivity.
- Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with company standards.
- Monitor material receipt, storage, and consumption at the site.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and update management.
- Conduct site measurements and verify completed work.
- Ensure all safety (EHS) guidelines and PPE requirements are followed.
- Identify site issues and resolve them promptly to avoid project delays.
- Coordinate inspections and obtain approvals from clients and consultants.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Attend site meetings and prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
- Ensure housekeeping and proper site organization.
- Support project handover, snag rectification, and final project closure.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of commercial interior fit-out works.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, civil, electrical, HVAC, and MEP drawings.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of quality control and safety standards
