Job Title: Senior AC Supervisor
Location: GCC Region (Relocation Required)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior AC Supervisor to lead and supervise HVAC maintenance and installation teams. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, proven leadership skills, and preferably GCC experience. The candidate must be capable of managing teams, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining safety standards while delivering projects on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily HVAC/AC maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting activities.
- Lead and manage a team of HVAC technicians to ensure efficient work execution.
- Plan, assign, and monitor work schedules and job progress.
- Diagnose and resolve complex HVAC system faults.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out as per company standards.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and project managers regarding work progress.
- Prepare daily work reports, maintenance records, and material requirements.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate technicians to improve team performance.
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials.
Requirements
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in HVAC/AC maintenance, including supervisory experience.
- GCC experience is highly preferred.
- Experience as a Senior HVAC Supervisor, HVAC Supervisor, or Senior AC Technician.
- Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
- Proven team leadership and supervisory skills.
- Ability to read HVAC drawings and technical documentation.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness and ability to relocate to the GCC region.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) Driving License.
- Excellent supervisory and team management skills.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Hindi speaking is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of HVAC safety standards and preventive maintenance procedures.
- Experience in handling multiple maintenance teams simultaneously.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹34,493.71 per month
