Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and professional Duty Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, ensure excellent guest service, and support smooth coordination between departments. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with prior hotel industry experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily hotel operations during assigned shifts
- Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments
- Monitor staff performance and maintain discipline
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures
- Maintain hotel policies, SOPs, and service standards
- Prepare shift reports and operational updates
- Handle emergency situations efficiently when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management preferred
- Minimum 4–8 years of hotel industry experience
- Prior experience in Front Office or Duty Management preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Good problem-solving and guest-handling abilities
- Flexible to work in shifts
