Experience: Minimum experience of 5+ years or more as Store Incharge at any construction project and having excellent experience of construction site store management. Must have knowledge about all kind of construction materials measurement units and its consumption track records. Stock management of returnable and non-returnable materials, incoming - outgoing - consuption materials, safety materials. Maintaining good care of company assets like all kind of vehicles, machinery and equipments and its time to time maintenance. Material reconciliation knowledge is mandatory. Above all, MS Office proficiency is mandatory along with good communication skills to deal with site manpower / Sub Contractors / Head Office.
