About the Role
We are looking for a driven and client-focused Sales Executive to join our interior design firm. The role involves generating leads, converting inquiries into projects, building strong client relationships, and coordinating with the design team to ensure a smooth client experience from consultation to project closure.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in client interactions, and an understanding of premium design services and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through calls, networking, references, and digital inquiries
- Conduct initial client consultations to understand project requirements
- Present company services, design process, and pricing structure to prospective clients
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed projects
- Coordinate with designers and project teams for client meetings and presentations
- Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and client databases
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Build long-term relationships with clients, architects, builders, and channel partners
- Attend site visits and client meetings when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in interiors, real estate, furniture, architecture, or luxury services
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Presentable, organized, and customer-oriented personality
- Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Basic knowledge of interior design terminology and project workflows is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
