We are looking for a Communications Executive with a strong focus on employer brand and talent communications to support the delivery of our internal and external communications for our Global Capability Centre based in Pune.
This role will play a key part in shaping how we present ourselves as an employer of choice in India through content creation and campaign delivery. You will create engaging, authentic content for employees and prospective candidates, while remaining aligned with our global employer brand messaging, tone of voice, and values.
Working closely with the global Corporate Communications team, this role is ideal for an excellent writer and a creative thinker with a passion for storytelling. You will need to have a creative flair and a deep understanding of how to tailor messages for different audiences.
Create engaging
- Develop written content across multiple formats for different audiences (short-form, long-form, social posts)
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, posts and storytelling that highlight employee experience, culture and careers
- Work closely with design teams, briefing them on requirements and coordinating timelines in order to meet deadlines
- Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition and Corporate Communications teams to ensure consistent employer brand messaging
External Communications
- Support recruitment and employer brand communications across LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed and the corporate website,
- Own day-to-day management of employer brand content calendar
- Draft, schedule and publish social media posts for multiple channels that showcase career opportunities and culture
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition team to support hiring campaigns
- Ensure consistency in tone, messaging and adherence to external communication guidelines
Internal Communications
- Support the delivery and execution of internal communications initiatives and campaigns that strengthen engagement and reinforce culture
- Work with internal stakeholders to gather content and translate business updates into engaging communications
- Draft, edit and publish content across internal channels including email, and the Intranet
- Manage day-to-day updates, content scheduling and publishing across internal platforms
- Track engagement metrics (open rates, clicks, readership) and support monthly reporting
- Ensure consistency in tone, messaging and adherence to internal communication guidelines

3–5 years’ experience in internal communications, corporate communications, PR or related role
- Understanding of how to engage candidate and employee audiences through storytelling
- Strong writing skills with experience writing for social media (ideally LinkedIn)
- Experience localising global content for markets and audiences in India
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn feeds and/or website content (CMS-based)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones
- Understanding of employer branding and talent communications
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams; CoPilot experience essential)
Desirable
- Experience working in a corporate, professional services, or highly regulated environment
- Basic analytics experience (e.g. LinkedIn insights, engagement metrics) and using data to refine content
