The Real Estate Sourcing Executive is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and sourcing suitable land parcels, properties, and redevelopment opportunities for the company. The role involves market surveys, site visits, owner meetings, data collection, documentation coordination, and maintaining strong relationships with property owners, brokers, and local stakeholders.
- Identify potential land parcels, residential, commercial, and redevelopment properties as per business requirements.
- Conduct market surveys and field visits to locate new opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a database of available properties and landowners.
- Source properties through brokers, agents, referrals, and direct owner interactions.
Site Evaluation
- Conduct preliminary assessments of properties based on location, accessibility, development potential, and market value.
- Collect property-related information, photographs, and site reports.
- Verify basic property details and ownership information.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, brokers, channel partners, and local authorities.
- Coordinate meetings between property owners and management.
- Negotiate initial discussions and commercial terms with stakeholders.
Documentation & Coordination
- Gather property documents for preliminary review.
- Coordinate with legal, technical, and project teams for due diligence.
- Maintain proper records of sourced properties and transaction status.
Market Research
- Track market trends, land rates, redevelopment opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Identify high-potential locations for future business expansion.
- Submit regular market intelligence and sourcing reports.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
