Job Summary
NILA Institute of Technology is looking for passionate and experienced TNPSC Coaching Staff to train students preparing for Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) examinations. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to motivate students to achieve success.
Responsibilities
- Teach TNPSC syllabus effectively through classroom and online sessions.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and practice tests.
- Conduct mock tests and evaluate student performance.
- Explain concepts clearly and solve students' doubts.
- Guide students with exam strategies and time management techniques.
- Stay updated with the latest TNPSC syllabus and examination pattern.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback.
