About the Role
We are looking for passionate and result-oriented Education Counsellors who can guide students in choosing the right courses and help them achieve their career goals. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a convincing approach, and the ability to convert leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and working professionals regarding courses and career opportunities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
- Convert leads into successful admissions through effective follow-ups
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with prospective students
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM
- Resolve student queries related to courses, eligibility, fees, and admission process
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth admission processing
- Provide excellent counselling experience and customer satisfaction
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in Education Counselling / EdTech / Sales
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated personality
- Comfortable with calling and counselling students
- Graduation preferred
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
Pay: ₹30,012.51 - ₹55,421.17 per month
