Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer with 2 years of professional experience in video editing, animation, and motion graphics. The ideal candidate should have expertise in creating reels, short-form videos, promotional content, and motion graphic-based advertisements for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit engaging reels, Instagram videos, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form content.
- Create promotional videos, social media advertisements, and brand campaigns using motion graphics.
- Design and animate titles, transitions, typography, lower thirds, intros, and outros.
- Develop visually compelling content with a strong focus on creative storytelling and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and social media teams to produce high-quality video content.
- Ensure all video deliverables maintain brand consistency and meet project deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in motion graphics, video editing, and social media content creation.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Advanced working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
- Good command of CapCut for fast-paced social media content editing.
- Excellent understanding of motion graphics, animation principles, typography, transitions, and visual storytelling.
- Experience in editing promotional videos, digital ads, and branded content.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Eligibility Criteria
- 2 years of professional experience as a Motion Graphics Designer or Video Editor.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating motion graphics, reels, and video editing projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency or creative production environment.
- Understanding of social media algorithms, content trends, and audience engagement.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
