Job Title: DCS Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- System Operation & Maintenance: Manage daily operations, calibration, and troubleshooting of DCS hardware, software, and field instruments.
- Logic & Configuration: Perform modifications in DCS/PLC logic, graphics development, interlock sequences, and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) screens as per process requirements.
- Loop Checking & Calibration: Lead loop checking, fault tracing, and calibration of smart transmitters (HART/Profibus), control valves, and motorized valves.
- Process Monitoring: Monitor critical parameters (temperature, pressure, flow, distillation metrics) and promptly respond to system alarms or discrepancies.
- Shutdown & Commissioning: Plan and execute instrument maintenance during preventive maintenance shutdowns and support site-level commissioning activities.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate closely with shift-in-charges, field operators, and the production team to ensure stable plant operations.
- Documentation: Maintain standard operational logs, backup histories of system software, instrument indexes, and calibration certificates for statutory compliance and audits.
