The Role
We are looking for a Sales Associate to generate and convert leads for our compressed-air audit and digitization services from Coimbatore. The role blends inside sales with occasional client visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to manufacturing plants and industrial users of compressed air.
- Explain the benefits of energy audits and monitoring/digitization solutions to prospects.
- Qualify leads, schedule audits/site visits and support the technical team with proposals.
- Prepare quotations and follow up to close engagements.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and build long-term client relationships.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Energy engineering, or a business graduate with technical aptitude.
- 0-3 years experience; strong freshers may apply.
- Good communication and presentation skills in English and Tamil.
- Interest in energy efficiency and industrial solutions; willing to travel for client visits.
